as Seller (hereinafter referred to as Seller),
and on the one hand
Partner 
as Buyer (hereinafter referred to as Buyer).

1. Subject of the contract
The Seller undertakes to deliver and hand over to the Buyer the products specified in the Order or Quote, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price for them.

2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded by accepting the Seller's quote or by concluding a separate written contract.

3. Warranty
The Seller provides a 1 or 2 year warranty for the product(s), depending on the type of product, which applies to the period from the delivery of the product.

4. Delivery terms
The delivery of the products is paid by default by the Buyer. In case of a different agreement, the delivery is made under mutually agreed terms.

5. Repair and return
In the event of a product failure, the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing. In the event of returning the products for repair, the Buyer shall bear the shipping costs for the return and repair.

6. Payment terms
The method, deadline and other terms of payment are included in the Order or the relevant contract.

7. Other provisions
The parties mutually undertake to comply with the terms of the contract and to settle any disputes that may arise amicably.
